Don’t worry, we’ve all been there! The good news is, we’ve put together some easy kid-friendly vegan snacks that are easy to make, packed with nutritional benefits and we know your child will love!
These kid-friendly vegan snacks are great for children with allergies and are packed with wholesome nutrients. They help give your child just the right amount of energy without the sugar crash like other snacks do.
If you’re not familiar with vegan food, the best way to put it is that vegan food is plant-based, and does not have animal or traces of animal byproducts in it such as meat, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, gelatin or red food coloring #4. This is a great way to introduce yummy snacks to kids that have food allergies or sensitivities.
